Low Profile Shocks
I have a set of new rear Low Profile HD Shocks I have been storing in my garage. One of them rolled over and a small amount of the oil leaked out through the air fitting hole. The owners manual says that the shock cannot be refilled. Does losing a small amount of the oil make the shock unusable?

Refill with 7.5/10wt using a turkey baster - mount on bike, sit on it with air quick connectdisconnnected, excess oil should pump out. Reconnect air hose. You may wish top up other shockat the same timeso that they are balanced.

It's kind of tough to refill them when you don't know how much to put in. To do it right, I guess a guy should drain them both, measure the oil that comes out of the full one, and refill both. I probably wouldn't do that though, I'd likely just squirt a guesstimate of oil in the low one and not worry about it.
