Just ordered the JBL GTO527 from ebay $59. Thanks for the info. I was tossing up several different brands mentioned in some of the recent posts

Has anyone tried them in the rear speaker pods? Is it an eaqsy install?
Glidemanwhat is the white insulation you show in your install picture?

Are these marine grade speakers? I checked JBL website and couldn't find any information regarding outdoor use...

Got the JBL GTO527 from ebay for $59. THey were shipped to my home in three days. Installed them in about 45 minutes. They sound great and are a big improvement over stock speakers.
