I have antenna X and the reception is great. I don't use the CB so I cannot comment on that

[:@]he will fry his CB if he transmits on it without making sure his SWR is correct!!! These anetnna's must be tuned!

A riding buddy of mine simply loosened the set screw on the stock antennas, removed each one, cut them in half and stuck the top part back in and said they still work fine! anyone else tried this? i've asked around at my local hd shop and many feel this is entirely ok?

I bought JM a month ago and Love em. I no longer wake the dead pulling into the garage or rolling out of it. I would wait and fire the motor after I get out as to not wake up the kids but the stock antenna rattling across the garage door was so loud.

Not looking to steal this thread, but does anyone have any knowledge or opinions on the Biketronics Hogtenna Pre-Amped Antenna? I like the idea of a hidden whip.

I have the antennax on my street glide for the radio and it works great. Very satisfied and yes "plug and play."

Thanks Joe. My last ride was an 02 RK Classic in Glacier Pearl White. First white bike one I ever owned and with some subtle cutom pinstriping and chrome, drew a lot of looks and compliments.

Really liked the black and white combo..so again Thanks
