Hesitation 2000 Road king

When I am riding sometimes the bike hesitates for a split second its like the fuel stopped flowing it happens when the bike is hot or cold.
Had the bike dyno'd changed the plugs and wires have 23000 miles on it can anybody offer any suggestions.

I haveheard that if the bike starts to surge on its own the computer is going bad, and that you need to get it fixed very soon or be in some deep poop.You might want have it checked. Your hesitation could be the ECU as well. I got my info from a Service Manager at a dealership, we where just talking I did not hve any problems.

Does your bike have a fuel injection? If so does it have a Power Commander ?

My bike did this as well before I had it tuned. 2001 FLHTPI Rinehart TD Stage 1 air and Power Commander 3. I also got water in the connection ounce after pressure washing the bike and it did all sorts of strange things until it dried out. I aviod the right side cover now when using it. I had it dyno tuned at a dealer that is well known to do a good job in tuning and the only thing I had to do after was change the setting for the 0 throttle position to stop the decel pop!! I would bring it back and have them take a ride on it. Another thing you could try if you have the PC3 is try a throttle reset as it does make a difference.
