I got a buddy who is putting together a fairng for his bike. He got a FLHT inner and his plans do not include using all the openings. I've seen pictures of fairings with "blanks" in those holes, does anyone know if they are availalbe and where can they be obtained?

does he want to block off the small guage openings?/ the filler for that is available thru the harley parts dept...
