I almost have my EG Classic turned into an Ultra. If I would have gotten an Ultra, the time that I spend adding stuff I could be out riding.
I know the feeling, I'm only missing the lower fairings. I didn't buy the Ultra because it didn't come in the color I wanted and I didn't think I'd want the lowers, but with winter approaching I'm changing my mind.
I have one of each. Put the tourpack, passenger floor boards, and 95 big bore in the Heritage. I use it for shorter trips up to 3 or 4 thousand miles. The Ultra for everything else.
A riding buddy has a beautiful RK, but rarely can get his old lady to ride with him. We got them out the other day, though, and she took one look at the Ultra and told him if he had one of these she'd ride everywhere! I guess he'll have that RK a long time...LOL
