you are correct about the run flats
my 2003 flhtpi has them AND a warning label on the back fender under the rack warning about 2 up riding.
check to see if they are rated for the weight of 2 up riding
Most dealers, when selling police bikes change the tires and put a 2 up seat on it.
My local HD dealer will not put run flats on a bike with a 2 up seat
