Default Narrowed down the exhaust choices

Gettingready to do the exhaust thing on the RKclassicin a couple of weeks and needed some info/advice. I like the Reinharts but they seem to be everywhere so I wanted to go with something different. I've got it narrowed down to the Bassani powercurve true duals, the Thunderheaders, or maybe the BUB 7's. I've heard the Thunderheaders but not the others. Any and all opinions/advice welcome.

I'd go with whatever sounds the best to you. I've got the Rinehart TDs and really like them on my bike. Yeah, my endcaps turned sort of red/purple, but hey I've got a brandywine colored bike, so they damn near match. I can always buy the chrome end caps if it gets too out of hand.

Don't worry about what others have or want. Get whatYOU think is best. Hopefully you can find some bikes with the systems you listed -- they're all good choices IMHO, but I don't own any of them. Good hunting!

Good advice above. Go to the dealer and listen to the bikes that you think sound good. Ask the riders what they have and make a decision from there.

Ride safe,

Get what you like no matter what everyone else has. There are not a whole lot of choices for baggers. And alot of them at a glance look the same.

I had the Bassani Power Curve duals and Bassani Touring Slip ons on my old RKC. I loved them. Very mild mannered at idle and steady cruising, but got pretty loud when all the way in the throttle. If I were to go back to true duals, they would be my choice again.
