on my"08 ultra,i've noticed my high beams dont go out very far. there is a small rubber gasket around the headlight and a small screw behind it. to adjust the beam, do i push the gasket aside or remove it?
I removed the ring and cranked the screw way up. The stock setting has it in the dirt.
Remove the screw at the bottom of the ring and take the bike to a big parking lot somewhere and get it adjusted up.
I had to do both mine. 07 FLHX and the 08 FLHTCU. Now I can see and be seen. Before the adjustment I would have drivers pull in front of me like I didnt exist.[:@]
Now when I lane share they move over like they should.
