I have pinstripped flames on my EGS and love them. There is a just a bit of "von Deutch" on the front. Getting ready to puta TP on and I will be getting it pinstripped to match. Lots of different opinions on pinstripes butit is your bike. Do what you want to make it your own. Bryan
I had some pinstrip flames done. Good pic in my sig. of the front fender. Also had him add a red stripe to the tank to blend in the flame red with the bike and had him match the two gray one red on the side of the bags.
Many options here. I once did a shovelhead bagger that I had painted midnight purple pearl with "aztec" striping in sand. Looked good on it's own, doing the AMF Harley badges in turquoise set it out that much more. Check your local sign shop for stripe patterns, you could do rope, chain, thorn, laurel, whatever.
Had some done at a ralley for a hundred bucks. He was willing to really do it up for the same price, but I wanted to keep them at a minimum. This will hold me for awhile, until I can afford some really custom paint.
Just had mine done by Joey Hutson, West Monroe, LA. He does good work. Had the "flame" pinstripe like is on the red part of the fairing put on either side of the tank, saddle bag lids, tour pak lid and front fender. He added the tribal design on the front of the fairing too. just enough without being too overbearing, or at least my wife and I think so. PACO

Looks nice. Any additional pics of your scoot?
Is it true that you can remove pinstripes pretty easily without damaging the clearcoat if you get sick of them?
