I have an '05 RKC. I had a tour pak from my '86 FLHT-C repainted and use it with a quick release setup. The only bad thing is that I can't fully open my saddlebags. If I remember I'll shot a pic tonight.

I have a chopped tour pac that has leather cover(bra) for the top 1/2. I really like the look.My camera took a dump on me last week. I am going to buy a new one today(I hope).
Ive got the same setup. Chopped with leather bra. I love it. Matches my bags with the lid covers and is incredibly durable. Just didn't like that oversized trunk lid look. And I can get all I need in the bags, TP & Rack. Like most, the more room I have, the more junk I take. And vice versa.....
but I just don't care for the look of the leather tour pak--- butt ugly IMHO---
Was at Street Vibrations in Reno, and one of the vendors had a leather hard bag --- about $100--- see attached photo - photo sample does not include the small round travel case---
I don't normally go for the buckles, studs, beads and fringe--- but I have to say that this bag really does look good on the RK Classic--- wife LOVES it, plenty of room, top travel case comes off separately--- has a rain jacket--- only used it on four or five trips, but very secure, and seems to just go with the bike--- just my 2 cents
