Roady: Before you give up on the Ultra box, use Zanotti's order page on their website to send them an email to ask if the box comes with the speaker podholes and, if it does, can you order the box painted two-tone without the holes? They are very good about checking into questions like this and responding promptly.
As for the Ultra light bar, there are at least several recent threads (one with pictures IIRC) on this installation. You can find the part number on the HD website under the Genuine HD Accessories button/touring.
