My next step was to send BUB this email:
First, I would like to thank you forthe manner in which you handled the exchange ofthe end caps for my Rinehart True-Duals. You should receive the returns shortly. I sent them out Monday afternoon. You met every expectation very well.[/align]

However, I am still not satisfied in how the end caps match up to the muffler. There is still a gap between the end cap and the muffler. The right side, from the front cylinder has a gap of about a 32nd of an inch. Which seems a little out of what I would think spec. and a minor leak. The left side, from the rear cylinder is about 1/8 of an inch gap. As indicated by the pictures. Is there a possibility that the holes in the muffler are not drilled in a manner to keep the end cap seated in the proper position. Please let me know what you can do to help rectify this problem.

Larry, [/align]I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We have authorized the replacement of both of your mufflers. This way you will have complete mufflers with factory installed end caps and this should solve all your problems. I will process a request for replacement parts to be shipped out of our BUB Wisconsin site and also a request for a prepaid UPS return call tag. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.
