It will.. But be sure to check for clearance clarence... Mine rubbed on the backside of the fenderand the heat caused it to crease.... Thats one reason why i switched to the FBI fender... Actually it was just a good excuse to switch!!
Fish, great looking FBI fender!
Did you go with the composite or steel? Any reason for the preference on material? Did FBI paint it or did you? If you did it/ had it done, was it significantly cheaper than the aprox. $300 FBI charges?
(Sorry if I seem to be hijacking this thread, but enquiring minds want to know...)

My exact case here. Couldn't justify spending $400 on the bike to keep the same look, so I chipped in the extra and got the FBI fender.

First off, thanks for the compliment!
Mine's composite and I went with itsolely because thats what Gary suggested... and I think it's about $100.00 bucks cheaper...
I had my own painter do mine... I also had a set of lower leg fairings done and got them all for about $300.00... having said that I hear that FBI does outstanding paint work and matches the OEM colors right on.. So if you don't have a trusted painter it might serve you well to use them... whatever you do DO NOT use an automotive painter... Don't ask me how I know that![:@] Anyways I really like it and while it may seem a bit pricey.. I think it adds alot to the bike... And the fender mounts you have to buy are super nice also...
