I had one of these helmets in the extended half shell DOT model. It didn't come off last Sunday morningwhen my Roadking and Ihad a collision with an 8 pt buck. The helmet survived the crash, it didn't crack and it stayed on my head. It saved my life.

I bought a brand new used one for a 100 bucks if I remember right, the polo style and wear a rag under mine, fits great and looks right 
It's DOT approved here in SC we don't have to wear a lid but I still do 99% of the time plus it'll go in my saddlebag if I need it to [sm=smiley20.gif]had my wifes half helmet stolen at the cherokee rally, no locks and it was a rough looking helmet never entered my mind some one would steal it [:@]
