Don't trade in the girl!!! Train her!!! it is fun!!!! I think it is standard that they get upset with spending so much money on the bike at the drop of a hat. The real issue is that you are not spending that kind of money on her so freely, or if you do it is like pulling teeth. In my case if I am going to put something on the bike I do it quietly or I buy her something first!! For example, I just put apes on my Heritage, the parts cost me about $1,000, the chaps I purchased for her (right before I told her what I was going to do) cost about $250thena couple of nice dinners and we are over it. Now I am planning to do some motor work in the summer, so I have to start planning and strategizing (mostly saving)..... wait a minute who is training who????????? Good luck!!!!
