I am currently looking at a new shield for my 04 RG. When looking at sites I see in there is a difference in the 03 and earlier models compared to the 04 and later. I know in 04 they redesigned the fairing a bit and the stock shieldis 15 inches compared to earlier models having 12 inches as stock.Are there any other differences such as mounting differences (different bolt patterns)??? I am looking at an aftermarket on ebay and the guy states it will fit all models. A bit confusing I say!!![8D]

Thanks, I was looking at alot of sights including CEEBAILEYS, now when I click on the year 04 and newer it only shows 12 in as being standard, now that is for the earlier models not for the 04 and later.
