ET Performance Heads.
Hi All,
Has anybody had any experience with ET for cylinder head work?
A local HD dealer put a package together using the Andrews 26 cams, ET heads, PowerCommander (already on) Stage I (already on), TD's (already on) and Dyno Tune, his projection is 100 hp 100 tq. . . .
I'm thinking I might just switch to the D&D Fatcat, Big Sucker, Dyno Tune and purchase some custom wheels and have my seat customized by a local craftsman and call it a day.
I don't know about you guys, but the 2007 SG seems to be fast enough for what it is. Back in the day we used to race from every light and spend the day going T to T. My riding style has changed, I like hitting the road on trips now.
Do I sound confused, I don't know, just can't make up my mind[sm=bangbang.gif]

I can't say that I've ever heard of ET heads.
I will say that it is highly unlikely that you will get 100 HP with Andrews 26's. I've seen 100+ ft/lbs of torque with them, but they fall off way to early to get to 100HP.
Also, be careful with head work and copression using those cams. They are designed for stock port flow and near stock compression. If you want a hotter build, you might consider a different cam.I like the "package" concept, but persnally.... I like one that's already proven ~ not on that someone is "putting together"...
Let us know how things turn out....
