How do we know that this kit doesn't have the TB change?
Because Big Sucker is NOT out for the 08's yet and the pn# is 18-505 which will not fit because I tried.

The only hi-flow air filter available is the SE version, and that is an exposed filter. '07 and earlier filters don't work cause the throttle body is larger on the '08 touring bikes. If someone knows otherwise - please speak up.

How is the clearance on the Big Sucker? Does it get in to your leg?

I have one and I can't see a difference from stock. Nice part but you can't see it behind the football cover. Oh well.

If you don't want the screamin eagle filter why not just throw it away and put a K&N in? The mechanic at my shop recommended I run the screamin eagle filter until it starts getting dirty, then throw it out and put the K&N in. The filters will fit right now.

Windup.. thanks for the heads up... I didn't know that there is a new SE 29260-08 filter that uses the football cover... thought the only option was the exposed big sucker version. Ordered the new SE for 50mm '08 TB from Zanotti's today... $105.35. RE: Switch to K&N filter - I suppose you mean when K&N makes the replacement, cause with the 50mm TB I can't see how the previous SE replacement filters would work?? <-- that is a ? do they?
