Default 96" Bagger Dyno Numbers

I had my 07 Ultra dynoed and tunedon Friday.

Vance & Hines True Duals

Rinehart Slip-ons

K&N 3909 Air Filter

PCIII

It camein at:

Max Power =76.7

Max Torque = 92.0

The most amazing thing is the increase in gas milage. I went up almost 6 MPG.

It now has a great throttle response and runs great at cruise.

Please post your 96" bagger numbers.

The Red line is with canned map.

The Blue lineis after tuning.

Does this seem about right?

Looks like the canned map was pretty close. Where'd you get it?

I got it from Fuel Moto with the PCIII.

I agree it appears close on theHP and Torque curves, but what do you make of the increased MPG and improved throttle response?

So here is my question. Between the two above. HP is different, TQ is similar. What is the difference in riding? Is it mainly going to be on top due to HP difference?

Donny,

What did the cam package run you to getinstalled andtuned?

Or, did you get everything done at once?

Anyone; how does the cam install effect the warranty?

Rahhall- I had it all completed all at once... I was hoping to get a Super Sucker over the Screaming Eagle air cleaner because I think there might have been a little more on the table with it.But is not available for the 08 just yet. Paradise Harley Tigard, Oregon did the work and tune. But withpipes, Muffs, cams, gaskets, pushrods, dyno, and the biggy "LABOR" it was $2,150 forparts $880 labor. They went ahead and upgraded the cam bearings to Torringtonwhile they werein there. Certainly they bent me over on the pipes/muffs they provided$983 in that $2150for the Bassini and Reinhardts alone not installed! It was alot of money but the way the bike runs now I am not even licking my wounds over this bill. Certainlywithout a doubt you could get this result forquite a bitless then I spent at the stealer through an indy. As for the warranty, it was not an issue with them. They will fullyback this bike and their work. And I was not forced tosign any warrantywaiver. And thats why I had them do it over an Indy.... Maybe not the best deal out there upfront, but I know I am covered with them if it ***** up on the back side.

If this kind of work was done with an Indy, the dealer could get pissy on warranty no doubt about it. I think if you just went cam change/dyno tuneyou would be real happy. I just cannot believe how different the bike is now over bone stock. Huge change in the getting up and go department! Its like a completely different bike now. The sound of the SE211s are thumping/lopey. I never thought you could get that Harley sound with FI. I was wrong on that!At 1000RPM this thing sounds like a nicebig build and idles business....

The pipe combo is perhaps justa tiny tad sharp on load, but has big presense with a crack of the throttle. But I amreal happy with the Frakenstein pipe combo I picked.
