Idid just what post 12 & 13 did, only to have it unravel somehow and go back to the way it was before. WTF! Thought about it a second and determined that the eyelet mounted to the tour-pak base hadspun aroundon me. Ispunthe eyeletaround without removing the screw and the cable curled in.
You don't need to remove the screw, justspin the eyelet360 degrees and you are done. Those with theultra tour-pak will need to pullin the liner some to clear the cable as you rotate the eyelet.
