Just a thought about tires, do you think the center groove in dunlops help keep the bike from weaving and being squirally.
I put on metzler 880's 3k ago and the bike is all over. They are made in brazil. I feel and hear tar snakes like never before.
Although I always use Dunlops, lots of my riding buddies use Metzs and say they are great on rain grooves and tar snakes. It is one of the main reasons some folks seem to opt for them. Go figure!
I would think just the opposite would be true,I know dunlops follow cracks like crazy, about to mount a new set of metz 880 this weekend and looking forward to trying them out,heard lots of good things just have to wait and see!
if you read this forum, do a search you'll find the vast majority have found the ME880's to track much better than the dunlops. perhaps you have a different issue with your bike you should look into? steering head? rear tire out of line? are your pressures in spec?
