Well,
No transmission vent smell. The battery tender looks good and I can't find any melted wires around the engine. Now depending on where marudodave is might help me figure out where it is actually coming from.

Well, my 2006 Street Glide ran so hot that the front pipe radiated so much heat the reflectors on the frame where in the process of melting and deforming until I took them off. Sounds goofy but I can show you pics.

How many miles are on it? When they are new they smell funny cause everything is heatin up for the first time.
