I hace a customer who had (at the time of the report) a stock motor & an 07 roadglide. He only put on carbon fiber wheels and he claimed he can pull wheelies. I do not believe the C/F made the bike do this. He ws doing this at Octoberfest. Since then he has stroked & cam'd
When my bike was just a stage 1 88", I brought the front tire off the ground very easily. While rolling about 10-15 mph, just rev the motor up and dump the clutch and it will pop right up in a wheelie.
Now with my stage 3 95" motor, shifting from 1st to 2nd makes the front end very lite........and I could easily bring it off the ground with a little weight transfer........but I prefer to keep it on the ground.
That ain't no stock bagger. I've had my wheel come up on the shift between 1st and 2nd when closer to see level and it was about 5 inches according to my buddy who was running along side of me. At higher altitudes, it's not a real problem, but when I drop down to other cities, it's wakes it up nicely. Sure does awesome burnouts though. Smoked one down the street last night while my kid was watching out the front window. Wife wasn't happy though!
I should mention...if I want my wheel to come up, it will with very little effort, as I usually lean it when I light the wick.
