You can add a VPC to what you have and it will be fine. See sponsor link in this site, along the right side (AIM).

If you wanna change the clutch, then perhaps a Primo ProClutch.

I am putting the Primo ProClutch in my GMR 107" build. It's already installed but the rest of the bike isn't together yet. My mechanic said the Primo is a great piece.

Alto Carbonite clutches work great if your looking to use the stock basket and spring or SE spring, i had them in my '05 road king, never a slippage problem, and i ran 'em hard,

The S/E heavy spring is ok, but (alone) it will make your lever pull pretty stiff. Add the VPC to it & it will lighten it back up some.

I dunno anything about the kevlar stuff.
