Unless you routinely practice quick stops in panic situations, the ABS brakes are going to stop your bike faster when you really need it and when you least expect it. It is the way of the future, in my opinion. Put ABS on after the fact might cost you more money, but I think it can be done.

For me I would love to have abs, "wonder if theres and after market" As for the Bike its all personal choice, what are you going to with the bike? What look do you want and are the aftermarket parts avail. As for dealerships, theres a place on here that have both good and bad experiances with dealerships and if all else fails make it a topic, there are alot of opinions around here.
