Recently looked into having my new RKC shipped from So. Dakota to Texas. Best price I found was $525of course yours would be that much each way and plan on at least a week for it to get there, 2 weeks more likely. I think renting would be your best bet.Keyboard motorcycle shipping was where I got that quote from if you decide to go that route, they were over $100 cheaper than anyone else I found.

You could check www.uship.com, it is kinda like ebay,,you list your shipment and people bid on the move, once they bid, you can check their feedback to see what kind of service they have provided to others,,,,,,no cost to you unless you actually ship

Jim - if you go through the Fly and Ride program through the HOG membership, you can rent for $100 a day, min 2 day rental.

I rented a Classic from Las Vegas HD back in June 2006 for 3 days. It was pretty hot and I highly recommend the Mount Charleston ride...Thirty degrees cooler than Vegas! Get a map and "climb" the hill from both roads. Watch out for coyotes!! Also went to the Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam. This is one big @$$ed Harley Dealer, they were good to work with as far as a rental is concerned, they will give you bottled water too if'n ya rent a ride. VERY large rental bike fleet! Give 'em a call and reserve one...One bit of advice...Traffic is extremely heavy at the casino shift change times.
