I know there is a ton of threads and discussion on stereos, speakers and amps. And, I know that everyone is fond ofHog Tunes and some of the other brands discussed on the forum.
I just wanted to let every know that my Hawg Wired speakers and 150 watt amp installed in my 2006 FLXHI is unbelievable. The tone, sound quality and loudness is unbelievable. No problem listening to my IPOD on the highway going 85 with ear plugs in. And, I run a D&D Fatcat - a very loud pipe!
I am also aware that Hawg Wired is more epensive relative to other brands. I went ahead and spent the extra $$$. I am very pleased with the results! There is good vaue and service to those who are interested.
PS. No, I don't work for these guys; nor, do Ihave any affiliation with them whatsoever!
Gonna buy new speakers over the winter. Not sure If I wanna pony up nearly 300 bux for the Hawg Wired speakers tho.....running the HD factory head unit with high dollar speakers? Not convinced that it makes alot of sense to run top end speakers with the HD piece powering them.
