Default Toggle switch on Road King

I have an 06 Road King Police bike.As I am waiting for the service book was wondering what the Toggle switch may do? It is located on the left hand side of the triple tree in front of the fuel tank. The switch itself has 3 terminals,2 have wires to them but dont want to tear in to stuff without the diagram.Would imagine it had something to do with lighting.
When changeing to synthetic oils do you guys do a rinse? (run 100 miles and drop the fluids)

The left one does nothing. It is a spare that can be used for your installed accessories. The connection to it is under the seat just forward of the battery.
