I used the Sundowner and Mustang solos and found them both to be comfortable. The Sundowner looked a bit too bulky for my taste, but was a little more comfortable than the Mustang. The Mustang was my favored choice: good looks, and good all-day comfort. Here's mine on a former Road King, but applications are made for the Glide as well.
Got a Corbin Classic Solo. 14K now, and would not trade it for anything. It will seem a little hard at first, but will form as you ride. On a long trip you can adjust your seating position, and not worry about hot-spots on your backside.
