i would like to get some opinions and thoughts,i just had a 103 installed with stock compression,i also had a sert, and se 204 camsand rhineheart true duals with the 2 i/4 baffels and a full map done on the dyno, this is an 08 ultra, after all this was completed i am only seeing about 89 hp and about the same in torque this seems a little lite to me does anyone have any suggestions,is the tuner in questions does he know what he is doing,i also had the se air cleaner installed
seems low on tq, the 95" I was running was 94 tq with 203 cams, I have never looked in to building a 103" but I havent seen a lot of 103" with a 204 cam mostly 257, 258 again im not sure on this but I would check to see if the 204 is a good match with the 103".
I am not a motor man so I am not sure what is or isn't good but this is what I have as of last week.
Thunder Header 2/1
SERT
Big Sucker
HQ-TC-500-HC cams
No head work
82 HP / 93 TQ
This actually may change tomorrow asthey got the tune a little on the lean side and I am taking it in for adjustments in the morning. I will have it back in the afternoon.
I have the same additions but stock cams on my 103 police motor. I don't have the numbers at hand but I recall the torque is close and your HP is6or8 points higher than mine. My MPG is 41 to 50+.
