Turtle Wax? Haven't tried the ICE version yet, but I've never used a Turtle product that wasn't difficult to remove, left white dust behind, or easily washed off. [:@]
McGuire's? Heard great things about it, but the stuff I've used left white residue. [:'(]
Zymol? Time and again, I've gone back to it after disappointment with other brands. I use a mist of distilled water after wax removal and buff that out for a deeper-looking shine.
This is what I just switched too. http://www.jaxwax.com/ I use the carnubaand the wipe and shine. Hands down the best stuff I have ever used! Easy on and off, no wax residue or streaks in the black paint. I use it on my black crew cab long bed Ford truck and it has never looked better. I highly reccomend it.
I have been using the "Bom" to clean my bikes for years. It works great and smells great. Once in a while, I will put on a coat of Harley Davidson Glaze. Nice stuff and it smells great too. Yea, I am big into smells.
I use the Bom chrome polish on the pipes and other areas... works great too. Doesn't smell at all though. Must be some sort of problem with it? I use Harley Davidson bug spray for.... you guessed it... bugs. Itworks great but doesn't smell either.
I used to use Mequires but recently switched to ICE for a good detailing job. Use Cycle Care formula 3 wax on the windshield to make bugs easier to clean, Cycle Care formula 33 quick detailer, Cycle Care leather conditioner for all leather and Mother's chrome polish. I've always heard that chrome should never be waxed just polished as it needs to breath or will start pitting. Unless Honda has come out with something different in the last couple years their spray cleaners are a polish not a wax, and will in fact remove any wax that you might have had on. Gives a nice shine, but leaves no protection over the clear coat.
I have used Pig Snot and it was great then I bought "The Bom" awesome shine. Nothing else needed. I have a bud that uses Whambam and he loves it. I may have to try zaino however.
OK you Zaino freaks after looking at there website it seems to me the best combo would be the all in one and then either the Z-2 or Z-5 what do you use? Looks like z-3 would be good for my VW
