My wife and I and buddy and his wife will be coming from Michigan. Staying at my sons house. He lives in Wauwatosa.
Maybe some of the forum members could meet up for a lunch somewhere. If interested I am willing to put something together.
I'm going, but not for the party, I have to work everyday of the 105th. We've already been advised not to plan on any off days.
I'm a motorcop for the city of Milwaukee, so I'll be there trying to keep all you hooligans in line !
The 100th was a good time, with one exception of course, but I assure you the same mistake won't happen again.
We try to keep a low profile and let everybody have a good time.
Just ask any of the bikemen "Wheres 864" and I'll do what I can to get you some primo parking.
The wife made reservations the minute they became available. We have a room in downtown Milwaukee and tickets to most of the 105th stuff already, she did it all on line the first hour they were put out to HOG members. Got our vacation planned around this event. Hope the weather is great in Wisconsin that time of year.We will be traveling from the Texas/Arkansas border up thru KC to visit the HD plant there, then on to Wisconsin. Plan to visit friends in Port Edwards, Wisconsin, then on over to the BIG DEAL Thursday thru Sunday. Then.....the long ride home !!! SEE YOU THERE !!!!!!
Me and my Brother-in-law are looking into it, If we can find some rooms we will be going... It's only about 5-6hr from us... I went in 2001 and it was a good time..............
I had planned to go until I read that there would only be a limited number of people who would be allowed to get into the museum, decided by a lottory or something. If I'm going to Milwaukee,I'll wait until I can get into the museum.
