Just bought mine at age 35, after 19 years of riding sportbikes.
After I broke 4 ribs in my last track day crash I figured it was time to slow down.
We rented a V-rod, Road King, and an Ultra Classic. The wife and I put 1600 miles
on the Ultra rentalin 3 days. Itwas a no brainer what my first Harley would be.

Got my first brand new ElectroGlide in 1976 at the ripe old age of 24, after a couple of years on a 1974 Sportster and before that, a 1972 Yamaha 650. I now ride a 2007 UltraClassic. Like the old AMF version, the new FLH is top of the line for the day, and is a great motorcycle. I see myself never riding anything else. PACO
