Default Handlebar help! 08 Ultra!!!
Does anyone know what handle bar I would need to use to move the grips up a couple of inches, and back a couple of inches? I've got an 08 Ultra, and I find myself "reaching" forward with locked arms to grab the grips. Part #'s if you have them. Sincerest thanks.

Has anyone done the switch?
Cables need changing, oh wait I've only got one...

Maybe those Wild Ones 575's? I don't have them but people seem to like 'em on baggers.

Pusher, Try the Touring Pull Back #55914-98 most likely will require cables. Mine did last winter when I changed them.........good luck

Few options exist for touring bikes due to the new throttle by wire installed in the 08 models. I think you're gonna have to wait on this mod till the MOCO and aftermarket folks catch up.

dawg did a nice article on installing the Khromewerks 300505 sweeper bars.
Do a search , it's a good read.
I have em and love the bars.

Me too!!! My 08 RK is not taking me where I'm bound with those handlebars. Pre 08 cop RK's had better bars>>i looked at an 07 at the dealer the other day>>and I think theywould be better than mine. Anybody sat on an 08 cop RK? Ride by wire on them too.

I second the Wild 1's 575, check their website, should be just what the doctor ordered. Call them to make sure they will work on 08's.
