Midwest Snow Storm
Well being part of the nasty storm rolling through the midwest has cabin fever set in already! 4-6 inches of the wet heavy white stuff is a poor start to the weekend! The only good part is being able to have the scoot apart with no worries about lost riding time. Oh well. To anyone else who stuck in this mess or its heading right at them stay safe with whatever wheels you are driving.

Weatherman has been threatening us here in WY with a SEVERE winter storm for a week.
supposed to hit FRi A.M, then P.M. then in evening, then midnight or later.
Then all day Saturday.
Well it's Saturday night and we got maybe 1/2 inch.
so much for that once again.

Yeah just got dome blowin snow, about 5-6 inches here and now ice pellets coming down with the snow. Should make for an interesting night!

I am in SW Iowa and know what your talking about. No snow but the ice was crazy! Here is a few pieces of our news.
MidAmerican Energy reports that their crews are working to restore power to 20,445 customers statewide, with more than 21,357 in the Quad Cities areaand 2,885 in the Iowa Cityarea as of 8:00 p.m.
More than 250 MidAmerican employees worked through the day to repair the damage, as 500 additional electrical contractors were on standby to help, if needed. Company officials said work would continue overnight to get customers back online.
