Default Spark plugs

I noticed my Screaming Eagle plugs were carbonfouled. I tried Champion plugs same thing. Is my mixture too rich? I had the choke out full as it's been cold and I was warming up the motor. I alsobought a set of Hyper Extreme NGK Iridium tipped plugs. Anyone have experience using these as at $12.99 apiece I don't want to foul these too. I cleaned up the Screaming Eagle plugs with contact spray and they should be good to go. My 2002 FLHT has Screaming Eagle pipes and has been dynoed and rechecked. I've had decel popping when downshifting.Jetting could be a problem, too. Any feedback would be appreciated as the weathers too nasty to take it to the stealers and it's time to jack it up and put it to sleep for a while-Ahab211

If you're using full choke after it starts then it's way too much. On the coldest days I would use full choke on my '89 until it started and then go to half choke within 10 seconds or so unless it began to stall. I would be to the point where the choke was out less than a quarter (which was like a fast idle setting) within a minute or two. It would have been putting out a cloud of smoke if I had left the choke out full. The '89 had a choke whereas the newer ones have an enrichner but either way, it's running rich "chocked" and could foul the plugs in a hurry.
