Sorry i am quite lost.
Some says the cables need to be lengthened, and some says it is not necessary.
Can anyone with experience enlighten me a little?
FLHRCI has roll-off switch on idle cable, which will make the cruise control unit sensitive if the cable is "stretched" during turning.

I had to extended my cables. I used a kit from Novello, it comes in different lenght extensions, heat sink and the wires are colored to match factory wire.
Can't go wrong there...

I believe youare talking about Novello wire extension kit w cruise. Which set did you get? +4" or+8", Is there a +2"?
Iam actually more concern about the throttle/idle cables. It has a roll-off switch that costalmost as much as the bar.
Am pretty certain the clutch cable will fit as mine still have some slack on my high bar.

If ya CALL WILD 1 (714 536-5869)- They'll tell you what you'll need & they're GREAT people to deal with... I think you might like the WO515's better on your Road King Classic

Er...Unfortunately i live too far away todial thatcall to Wild1. Searched their website and found no email address to contact them.. So i am back to this forum..
