Looks better than a Fat Boy, and at least these covers look better than the ones that look like little briefcases hanging on the side. Me it's all about the bags. Love em.
I pulled the bag guards off and used the supports off an RK Custom, pulled off the front guard and installed Street Slammer bars and a FatBoy front fender. I left the bags on it so I can still carry stuff around. I can put on my stock windscreen or use my Danny Kaye fairing for long trips. I also painted the horn cover and got the painted air cleaner cover. I like the stripped down bikes, but love the air shocks and smooth ride.
there was a website back a while that sold all the stuff you needed to take off the bag mounting hardware. was kinda pricey, but looked good. a lot of folks are gonna get uppity about a bagless bagger, but done right, i think it can look pretty good.
Do you mean this site? http://www.bruisersinc.com/Merchant2...duct_Code=4000I like the look, but I use my bags to much to remove them. I was always attracted to the Fat Boy, and a rk without bags looks very much like a fat boy, IMO.

nope, not that site. i've been looking for the past couple of days but can't seem to find it again. it was even pricier than the bruisers kit, i'm thinking it was around 1000 bucks. they had a pretty big gallery of pics too.
