there was a website back a while that sold all the stuff you needed to take off the bag mounting hardware. was kinda pricey, but looked good. a lot of folks are gonna get uppity about a bagless bagger, but done right, i think it can look pretty good.
Looks like he did allot of mods to the rear fender and upper frame too, the softail fender mounts give it that kinda fatboy look. Way better than the bruisers kit, but putting the bags back on must be some work. I like it, nice for bar hopping! Would not work so good for the batwing and shark nose bikes though......
he didnt do any mods to the frame or rear fender. the only thing he did was weld a bracket on the swingarmfor the belt guard and fab a mount for the back of the exhaust. the sidecovers were the biggest part ...and most expensive.
