Happy New Year !!!
I have a quick question. I just changed the fluids in my RK Classic and I'm about to put on the cover.
Is it safe to leave the battery tender on over the winter with the cover on the bike or should I charge the battery once a month or so with the cover off?

It's safe to leave on.

 

WONT HURT ANYTHING IF YOU HAVE THE ONE THAT HAS AN AUTO FLOAT BUILT IN SO AS NOT TO OVERCHARGE AND THAT THE COVER IS NOT AIR TIGHT AND THERE IS BREATHING ROOM.
