It sounds like your pal has rubbed it in you face for too long. I say you have the perfect opportunity to set him up for buying dinner or drinks or maybe both. Then you can tell him about your upgrades, or not your choice. I say get even while you can.

If he spots the compression releases, just tell him you scored some SE heads on Ebay and they "just come that way on the heads" and you've emailed the seller to find out what they are for.

I would love to be a fly on the wall for that one. I am planning the same thing. I ordered HQ cams for my scoot and thought that was the way I was going. Then I kept reading everyone else's posts and I knew that the cams were not going to satisfy me. I called Kevin today and asked if I can ship the cams back to him with my cores for my 103" build. Unfortunately 
he said yes so now I am doing the full 103" sport touring build. I am not telling my other friends who are also planning builds this winter that I am not doing cams only. I cannot wait to see their faces when they see me take off. I just hope I can keep my mouth shut about it.

I haven't been accused of being a handgun junkie but that may be an apt nickname. At last count I was over 100 by a generous amount. And Rugers are a favorite lately. Where abouts in NC. I have kin in Smithfield?
