I did the same as everyone else, paid for mine with other stuff. They told me they were available for drop shipment only. When I called to ask where they were I got an even scarier answer than they are not available. Dealer told me his mechanics were having to figure some of the stuff out on their own because they didn't have manuals! This is not real funny!!

Just came from mydealer. I bought an 08 Electra Glide, Nov 20th Ordered a Service Manual and Parts Manual for the bike. Just picked up the Parts Manual today it came in last week. Parts guy said that the 08 Manuals are beyond back order they state the MOCO that the 08 Manuals are "Future Release" so hopefully Ill get it by March when I pick up the bike as the dealer is storing it!! BV

Dealer told me, today, that they were supposed to be on the 15th. He said he called mo. co.and they should start coming in next week. He said, since I was one of the first to order one, I should have it next week.
No big deal here, since I'm not into any big projects but it would be nice to have when I tinker and for reading material on a cold winters day.

I talked with my dealer yesterday and they don't even have a projected delivery date.
He said they will get a notice and the manuals will be delivered 5 - 7 days after that.
How much does that SUCK!!!
