just heard on the RKO radio network that the 2008 manuals will be released the same date as the 2008Rocker and Rocker-C. September 12th 2012. They used the SWAG method to determine this.

Tell you dealer to punch in 99483-08 in the part availability section of h-dnet. It used to show a "future delivery date" of 12-27-07. Now it is blank, meaning it is available.
I checked with my dealer today and no release date came up on his computer.He told me he did not know when they will be in.Here we go again with the wait.
