I was riding my Classic home from work a few days ago just as the sun was about 9 oclock high in the morning. It was behind a cloud so the rays were shooting out at all angles around it.I hadLed ZeppelinII playing when suddenly it felt like I was ridingthru a picture postcard ( if you remember Peter Max's drawings, like I was in one )! The feeling was intense like some sort of endorphine rush, like I was on top of the world! Lasted a few minutes then back down to earth, it blew me away. Thats the best I can describe it and wanted to hear from anybody that has experienced anything like this..It feels great anytime I ride, this was different..
( No, I don't drink and drive!!
And no matter how hard you try, you cant come close to putting it into words. I know the feeling and its awsome! Mine happened during a sun set on highway 49 in the gold country of N. Calif foothills.
All the time, especially the last 2 trips riding into Mexico
where the temperature riding is about 98 degrees. I find
when my body temperaure matches the air temperature
at about 70 MPH, it's pure uphoria.
Everytime I climb onto my Harley I get high just knowing it will be an incredible experience.Always have always will.Just knowing what is waiting for this spring makes me high.
