Hi Guys
I installed some S&S 510g cams into my 2006 EGC a few weeks ago and noticed a flat spot in between 2300rpm and 3100rpm nothing to worrying but a week ago I installed a set of Supertrapp Supermegs and the stumble became hard to live with ( its right in the cruising range ).I checked with Zippers and was told that the map I am using is correct and to check a few things which I did and found no apparent faults.I felt that it was going lean in this rev range so I kept richening the AFR in that area until the stumble dissapeared
( 12:1 ) with the result of very poor mileage.
I have now pulled the cams and reinstalled the factory units, set the AFR back to 13:1 and the bike is smooth right through the rev range though a bit down on performance.
My question to the masses has anyone had this problem when installing cams with a T/Max.
Thanks

no isssues here. Did you mark your throttle with tape to obtain the positions of when it flattens out? I leaned mine out in the 25% throttle and less. This allowed me to get 48 mpg while making over 114 rwhp. What were your settings?
