This was about 12 years ago Wecroft. Don't have any details beyond what I posted. All I can say is it happened. Iwas withhimat the dealership when he bought the new vehicle using the insurance check as a down payment (he upgraded). Also drove him up to San Pedro to pick up the old truck, he had to show his title to get it out of impound so I know the insurance company did not have it. Wasn't there when he sold it, but did get afree steak dinner at Morton's after he did. Personally never had a car or bike stolen, so I'm not sure on the mechanics of it. Signing the title over when they pay out makes perfect sense to me, butit did not happen in this case. Anyway, hope you get your bike back Eddie. Again I am available for any shovel work that you may need. Any excuse to get out the rain up here and head back to So Cal for a bit.
