What I have is Drag Specalties #DS 290 582 which is the chrome levers , front master cylinder , switch housings ,clutch, Everything but the switchesand wires. I need the left and right lower switch housing for cruise controlonly which nobody seems to make but HD.
Does anyone know if the HD lower housing or another manufactuer lower housingwill fit with Drag Spec upper housing or should I send what I have back and start all over??
i found mine on e-bay for much cheaper than either DS or HD. the chrome was great and am well pleased with how they look and work. Recommend you get a HD service manual and take your time an be careful when installing. You can do, just takes patience.
I have a service manual and the patience and the Harley shop can order the lower housing if it will fit and look right.
The man I ordered from thought that I had a radioalso , thats why I have the wrong lower housing now.
Just wondering if anyone has combined the two together and how they fit/looked.
