Do not remove tank. Just lift dash and run harness under it and the rubber shirt in front. From there drop it into the large cavity where the relay can just kinda hang.......Look for the grey uncovered female single connector under the seat. It is the +Batt connection described in the instructions-connect white wire there, and black to ground screw nearby. The +Batt is always hot, but the relay and switch provide interupt and are also fused.
If you decided to use spare ACC switch, I suggest you substitute it for the supplied pushbutton switch.
I ran the wires from the DCC faring under the console, it was tight then think I will take the tank off and get it painted at the same time. Thanks for the input guys.
