As a word of caution, you may want to chase out those holes under the tree.
When installing mine the new hardware was hanging up on the over spray of powder coat on the threads. It would be no problem at all for the 1/4 hardware to have broken off in the tree and be a PITA to drill and tap with out pulling the front end off.
I chased mine and had even broke one of my chase taps. Was easy to grab hold of with a vice grip and get out.... just the same take some caution when installing the new air shield.
Thanks guys, that is what I thought, but after trying and the bolts not starting easily;knowing the source for front end parts, I was worried they may be metric.
